We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring every product is carefully packaged.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

UK Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options:

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • £4.99
  • Free on UK orders over £50

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
  • £6.99

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
  • ORREN is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

ORREN cannot be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging
  • Photographs of the damaged product

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Pre-Orders & Coming Soon Products

If your order contains a pre-order or coming soon item, we will notify you of the expected dispatch date.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together unless otherwise stated.
