What is ORLi™?
ORLi™ is a realistic silicone lash training companion, carefully sourced and selected by ORREN® Pro Tools to support professional lash education. Featuring multi-layered practice lashes, ORLi™ is designed to help lash artists develop precision, improve isolation and refine their classic and volume lash application techniques.
What is the difference between ORLi™ Solo and ORLi™ Duo?
ORLi™ Solo features one practice eye, ideal for developing individual lash application techniques. ORLi™ Duo features two practice eyes, allowing lash artists to practise complete lash sets, symmetry and lash mapping.
Is ORLi™ suitable for beginners?
Yes. ORLi™ is designed to support lash artists at different stages of their training, from beginners learning isolation techniques to experienced artists refining their skills.
Can I practise both classic and volume lash extensions on ORLi™?
Yes. ORLi™ is suitable for practising classic lash extensions, premade volume fans, isolation and lash styling techniques. Its multi-layered practice lashes allow lash artists to develop their application skills and experiment with different lash styles.
Can I use lash extension remover on ORLi™?
es. Lash extension remover can be used on ORLi™, although we recommend using a cream-based remover.
Some lash removers may cause scorching or damage to the practice lashes. We also recommend removing the silicone eye from its holder before applying remover, as contact with the eye surface may cause etching, scratching or discolouration, affecting its appearance.
Please note: Although cream remover is our preferred option, ORREN® Pro Tools cannot guarantee that it will prevent lash damage, surface etching or adhesive and product residue build-up. Results may vary depending on the remover used, application method and frequency of use.

Where does ORREN® Pro Tools deliver?
ORREN® Pro Tools is based in the United Kingdom, with plans to offer international delivery to selected destinations, including the European Union, United States, Canada and United Arab Emirates.
International shipping availability, delivery times and charges will vary depending on the destination and product.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further information. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and additional handling fees.
How long will my order take to arrive?
ORREN® Pro Tools offers standard and express delivery options within the United Kingdom.
Our UK delivery services include:
- Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and do not include order processing time.
International delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected. Further information will be provided when international shipping becomes available.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use your tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey through the delivery provider’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking details, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting our customer support team.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact ORREN® Pro Tools as soon as possible, quoting your order number.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, amendments or cancellations may no longer be possible before delivery.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to cancel an online purchase.
Returns, Refunds & Product Care
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes. If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights.
Once you’ve notified us of your decision to cancel, you generally have a further 14 days to return the item.
Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details, including return instructions, any applicable exclusions and return postage costs.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described products remain unaffected.
Can I return an ORLi™ practice eye after using it?
If you wish to return your ORLi™ practice eye because you’ve changed your mind, we recommend keeping the product unused and in its original condition.
Under UK consumer law, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You may inspect the product as you would in a physical shop. However, if the practice eye has been used for lash application, exposed to adhesives or removers, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be made from your refund to reflect any reduction in its value.
If your ORLi™ practice eye arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or contains an incorrect item, please contact ORREN® Pro Tools as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
When contacting our customer support team, please include your order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the affected product and packaging where possible.
Our team will review your enquiry and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How should I care for my ORLi™ practice eye?
To help maintain the appearance and longevity of your ORLi™ practice eye, we recommend handling it carefully and following these general care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Gently remove adhesive residue after training sessions. Avoid harsh cleaning products, abrasive materials or excessive rubbing that may damage the silicone surface or practice lashes.
- Lash removal: We recommend using a cream-based lash extension remover. However, some removers may cause scorching, curling or deterioration of the practice lashes.
- Protecting the silicone eye: Remove the silicone eye from its holder before applying lash remover. Avoid allowing remover to come into contact with the eye surface, as this may cause etching, scratching or discolouration.
- Storage: Store your ORLi™ practice eye in a clean, dry environment, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
- Handling: Avoid excessive pulling or tugging on the practice lashes, as this may cause premature shedding or damage.
Please note: ORREN® Pro Tools cannot guarantee that repeated use of lash adhesives, removers or cleaning products will not cause residue build-up, surface damage or deterioration of the practice lashes.
As with professional training equipment, the lifespan and appearance of ORLi™ will depend on how frequently it is used and maintained.
Will using lash adhesives or removers affect the lifespan of ORLi™?”
ORLi™ is designed for repeated lash application practice. However, as with any reusable training tool, its condition and appearance may gradually change with regular use.
Repeated exposure to lash adhesives, removers and cleaning products may cause residue build-up, deterioration of the practice lashes or changes to the silicone surface.
Although we recommend cream-based lash removers to help minimise potential damage, no remover can be guaranteed to prevent lash scorching, surface etching or product deterioration.
The lifespan of your ORLi™ practice eye will depend on several factors, including frequency of use, products applied, removal techniques and general care.
We recommend following our product care guidance to help maintain your ORLi™ practice eye for as long as possible.
Lash Training Courses & Educational Resources
Does ORREN® Pro Tools offer lash extension training courses?
ORREN® Pro Tools is preparing to introduce a range of online lash extension training courses designed to support aspiring lash artists and professionals looking to develop their skills.
Our upcoming training programmes will combine theoretical knowledge with practical learning, helping students build confidence in lash application, isolation, styling and professional techniques.
Courses will be available through our online learning platform, allowing students to study at their own pace.

Will ORREN® training courses be accredited?
Yes. All ORREN® Pro Tools training courses will undergo professional accreditation before becoming available for enrolment.
Our courses are being developed with the intention of obtaining accreditation through Associated Beauty Therapists (ABT), ensuring that successful learners receive recognised certification designed to support their eligibility for professional lash extension insurance.
Accreditation and certification details will be confirmed before each course launches. Insurance eligibility remains subject to individual insurers’ requirements and approval.
Our commitment is to provide high-quality, professionally accredited training that equips learners with the knowledge, practical skills and recognised qualifications needed to begin or advance their careers in the lash industry.
Will training kits be included with online courses?
Yes. ORREN® Pro Tools will offer flexible training options to suit individual learning needs.
Learners will be able to choose between our Online Course + Professional Training Kit, which includes the essential tools and materials required for practical lash extension training, or our Online Course Only option for those who already have their own equipment.
Our professional training kits are being carefully curated to provide a comprehensive learning experience, including our ORLi™ practice eye, professional lash tweezers, training lashes and essential application accessories.
Full kit contents, course packages and pricing will be confirmed ahead of launch.

Can I purchase ORLi™ practice eyes separately from a training course?
Yes. ORLi™ practice eyes are available to purchase independently from our training courses, making them suitable for both aspiring and experienced lash artists who wish to develop or refine their skills.
Our ORLi™ collection includes two options:
ORLi™ Solo — A single silicone practice eye featuring multi-layered lashes, ideal for practising isolation, classic and volume lash application techniques.
ORLi™ Duo — A double-eye training companion designed for practising complete lash sets, symmetry and lash mapping techniques. Coming soon.
